Sub-processors
Effective date: July 21, 2026
Echo IO, Inc. uses the following third-party service providers (sub-processors) to deliver the Echo platform. Each processes data only under contract, only as needed for the purpose listed, and subject to confidentiality and security obligations. Processing occurs in the United States and in the regions where these providers operate; where personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we put in place appropriate safeguards where required, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (see our Privacy Policy).
1. Hosting & Infrastructure
- Vercel — application hosting, file storage, edge network, and site analytics
- Neon — primary application database (Postgres)
- ClickHouse — analytics data warehouse (metrics and content statistics)
- Cloudflare — object storage (R2), rendering, and network services
- Upstash — caching and key-value storage
- Modal — hosted compute for data processing
- Trigger.dev — background job orchestration
2. AI Processing
- Vercel AI Gateway — routing of AI requests to model providers
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Z.ai — large-language-model inference (via the AI gateway); we do not authorize providers to train on submitted data
3. Payments & Analytics
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- PostHog — product analytics and error diagnostics
4. Communications
- Resend — transactional email (verification, invitations, notifications)
- AgentMail — outreach email delivery and reply handling
- Slack — chat delivery for customers who connect Slack
- Composio — integration gateway for customer-connected SaaS tools
5. Data & Enrichment
- ScrapeCreators — collection of public social profiles, content, and ad-library data
- Influencers Club — creator discovery and business-contact enrichment
- Social Blade — public social statistics
- Google (YouTube Data API) — public YouTube channel and video statistics
- Tavily, Exa, Firecrawl — web search and public web content retrieval
- Browserbase — managed browser automation for public web access
6. Updates
We may update this list as the Service evolves. Material changes are posted here with an updated effective date; where a data processing addendum is in place, customers receive advance notice and may object as described in that addendum.
